Dr. Ted Mason
About Dr. Mason
Dr. Ted Mason was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas, and has proudly served the community as a dentist for more than 40 years. After earning his undergraduate degree from Wichita State University, he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri Kansas-City School of Dentistry.
Dr. Mason chose dentistry because it combines two things he has always enjoyed—fixing things and art. While he provides comprehensive general dentistry, he also has extensive experience performing oral surgery, endodontic treatment, and dental implant procedures.
His philosophy is simple: “Patients don’t care how much you know, but they know how much you care.” Dr. Mason believes that building trust is just as important as providing excellent clinical care. He makes every effort to ensure patients feel comfortable by reminding them that they are always in control of their treatment and encouraging open communication throughout every visit.
Beyond the office, Dr. Mason is passionate about giving back to his community. He supports the Donated Dental Services Program of Kansas and the Miss Kansas Association.

Outside the Office
When he’s not caring for patients, Dr. Mason enjoys watching Wichita State basketball and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs. He also loves golfing, skiing, and flying. After dreaming of becoming a pilot for many years, he earned his pilot’s license in 2024. He and his wife, Laurie, have a blended family of six children and enjoy spending time together whenever they can.
